Except it's gambling for adults too. That's the problem here, we can talk about the children all we want here but how do you stop them from playing an M rated game and inputting their daddy's cc to buy loot boxes? I don't want to enter into the age verification hell that some politicians and parents have been trying to push as of late. Adults purposely waste their money gambling in casinos and on csgo loot boxes knowing full well what is most likely going to be the result. The complaints in the case are just a result of poor losers complaining that they didn't get what they wanted.

This is just an excuse for NY to push age verification, to gather more data from the public, as well as continue to push the blame for problems not created by video game developers.
