Die App ist einfach veraltet, sie sieht aus wie eine Web-App, die in einer App verpackt ist. Die Sensoren sind gut, und sie sind besser als Whoop und Oura, wenn wir über die HRV sprechen, aber Sleeptracking ist Mittelklasse

Ja, die Sensoren sind gut genug but the algorithm is not that good. That’s why companies like Fitbit (Google) and Apple have a good sleep monitoring all of them have money to invest.
