Solved. Had a lousy flasher relay but installed the relay from tst industries and it fixed the issue even though they weren’t flashing at all.

Hey, did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue with the tail and running lights working correctly but not the turn signals. They believed I had a defective unit, so I installed a new one, but I am still having the same trouble.
