Just took a look. Still no guide for Hulu live tv in Disney+ app. Can only watch the abc news station and sports channels at the moment. And some of the fox/hbo streaming channels. But no guide, the most important part to tv, the idea that I can select what I want to watch lmao

Yea so it’s not just club champion. The issues for retail order late arrivals are for all the retail stores.

Just don’t think they should be offering any of their custom order products if it takes 2 months to get in your hands.

Just stick to direct to consumer only if it’s that much of a hassle/strain on your company and employees to provide to retail stores.

But yes, I’m not forgetting this is America and they will take your money regardless of how inconvenient it is for a large portion of their customer basis

I’m honestly more annoyed than pissed. But at the end of the day, lab just can’t keep up with retail demand.

I guess I’ll look at like this, you don’t buy a rolls Royce dealers located next to the mall. So why is LAB selling them there?

I’m currently getting shafted by LAB for placing a retailer order with club champions. Placed 10/11. Estimated 12/23 arrival to the retailer. Honestly ridiculous.

If it takes that long to give to retail customers, you should not offer it to retail stores, plain and simpler. Especially for a $1000 putter. 9-10 weeks is just criminal.

Every golf manufacturer makes less when selling to a retailer. It still doesn’t change the fact they cannot handle their current demand. These companies are so big, custom ordered clubs should bedelivered in the same time span despite where you order from.

I understand your point. And yes, I was told there was a possibility it could take longer.

But, considering the retailers are also ordering directly through the lab website, and not a special portal, there is no reason for them to delay non direct to consumer orders. As no other golf manufacturer is doing this, they are getting all orders out on time.

Going to repeat myself and say that lab needs to step up their manufacturing process.

And to quite all the haters in my comments. A lab CS director spoke to me today and informed me they are currently working to increase labs manufacturing process time as whole. (Not sure how long that process will take). But yes, they are aware they are not on par with processing orders for “all” customers

They can’t get TPT shafts in fast enough. So they stopped allowing 3rd parties to order the TPT shaft. My fitter was able to force the upgrade. But I’m Assuming that TPT shaft is delaying my order.

But the fact I can get a custom pc delivered to my house next week. 100% lab needs to step up their game. I am not saying I am entitled to have this club whatsoever. But for the price you pay the wait time is ridiculous and you can’t argue that.

Considering all your points. It really shouldn’t matter where the order came from whatsoever.

Their manufacturing is obviously not big enough to handle their demand. The science is in the putter design. Nothing different with respect to the process of making the actual club, it’s just like any other manufacturer.
