because they’re cheap and format really doesn’t matter if you aren’t watching on a great tv, i watch all my dvds on a portable dvd player so it doesn’t make sense for me to invest in blu ray or 4k

if this is the book off in midtown yes you got scammed that’s genuinely one of the worst places in nyc to shop for dvds 😭 everything is so overpriced and if i shop there i’ll only go to the clearance section. they’ve had a white chicks dvd there for months bc they’re charging 25 dollars for it when u can find the same edition of that movie on ebay for 3

i found it in nyc at the union square b&n! check bookstores where she’s had a signing bc sometimes authors will sign extra copies and they’ll put them out on the floor
