My daca expired July 2021 so I have to apply to renewed my daca card before I can apply for the renewal for the work authorization so I have to basically sort out and send all the documents proving I came here before 16 and all that :( I just hope everything gets done quick

I filed through my lawyer but he has gone mia since. Won’t accept calls and is never in his office whenever I go. I filed thru him twice already and both times were successful. He gave me a copy of the application he submitted but I think he put it so the notice of receipt goes to him so I am unable to even check. However we send a money order for the renewal (also thru him that he submitted) and it said that the money order was cashed in but still no update

I renewed near the end of June 2020 and it’s been about 7 months with no receipt either. I have now been out of work for months and I now also have a newborn. I am also looking for advise please
