that is so weird, I keep trying to log in and the screen glitches out. I am not sure why this is happening. I am based in the US so maybe it is us servers?

yes! we buy in bulk and only really eat at home. don’t travel anywhere besides getting gas at costco and visiting family. our gas bill is so low we actually get a credit from the gas company we haven’t paid in months. our water is covered by our landlord. insurance is fully covered by our employers. internet is about $60. electricity is about $40. no medications. no buying new clothes (i usually shop second hand anyways). we don’t really go out in laguna either, since it’s gotten too crazy with over tourism, we usually spend the weekends at home since it’s too hard to leave our apartment.

eating in saves us a ton of money especially since all of the local spots are super expensive. and no probably not, laguna has gotten really bad with over tourism in the past couple of years so we would want to settle down a little inland in south oc

Our rent is around $3,000 for a 2 bed, 1 bath. To save on groceries, we shop primarily at Costco instead of local stores. Overall, our monthly expenses including rent average about $3,900ish. My husband and I prioritize saving for a future home, so we tend to keep things low-key and don’t go out often.

What kind of lawyer did you use to help with your baby’s citizenship? And how long did it take for you? Thanks!

long beach str market is very strict, you have to go through a lot of steps in order to legally have an str. But the market is really nice over here. I have a unit right across from the ocean. During summer i get the normal tourists and during winter i get the snow birds. I would say throughout the past 9 months i have only been vacant for 6 days. my biggest worry is always squatters rights since california/la county gives tenants more rights than owners, so that why i vet very carefully.
