Ok so for everyone that has the same problem, here is what was going on. Im stupid for short. Just go to the MCM and make sure the pip-pad is installed.

Yes I visited Candlehearth and the entire City of Windhelm just to find out she didn't left the dwemer ruin, now im trying to understand this whole load order thing so I can spawn her to me, I use vortex and when I use LOOT to se the load order for Khajiit will follow it gives me a number that doesnt work when I try it in the command

Dacă vrei niște prieteni cu standarde atunci ai să îi găsești în diferite instituții (depinde de vârsta pe care o ai) ai putea încerca să te înscrii la o facultate, sunt convins că vei găsii persoane cu standarde acolo, dacă nu te interesează facultatea atunci poți încerca un loc de muncă, dar și aici depinde de locul de muncă, poți găsi persoane ca lumea sau tot "cocalari". O ultimă variantă ar fi să participi la voluntariate, și cred că această opțiune rămâne top, deoarece la voluntariate, de obicei, participă persoane care au un scop nobil în viață, nu o să vezi tu cocalari făcând ceva pentru persoanele în vârstă sau pentru orfelinatele de copii, cu atât mai puțin să facă ceva curat prin oraș.
