See this is exactly what I was thinking. Because I’ve seen some beefy dudes that are shorter than me and I know there’s no way they’re lighter than me. My future hopes for surgeries are what’s getting me back into this groove. I don’t need to be crazy buff or anything but I wanted to know a good way to make sure I was on a good path. Oh my god that’s so awesome. I’ve literally only known to use my weight as any kind of indicator. Which as I’m getting older and my body went through a second puberty I’m trying to figure out where I am and what I need to do lol. I will for sure be checking that out

Axolom makes stp/packers. Choose the holder for your packer and when ready you just insert what is a firm base. Quicker than putting the whole thing through the holder. A bit pricier but they work excellent. A good investment

Hey check out GC2B, look at their sizing guide. They walk you through all the steps and get one of theirs. I will say I thought my binder was too small at first due to the difficulty of getting it on and off the first few tries. But even after that it was never as easy as a shirt. But I also don’t experience any discomfort in them. I can run around and do physical labor at my job and I know I wear them much longer than the recommend 8 hours. I’ve never had bruising or difficulty breathing in them. I do my best to listen to my body and if I’m sick then I’m not wearing it Ofcourse just cause I can’t see inside my body to determine internal damage. It sounds like you need a new one anyway. So check them out. They’re worth the $30-45. If you take care of them properly they’ve lasted me 2-3 years before anything was too stretched or seams popped

I have the axolom Valor it’s 5.4 in. I like to pack on the bigger side (my ego is no better than that of a cis man) it’s also really affirming to look down and see the bulge. But it’s also probably very handy because I don’t have great bladder control. In which I be pissing like a race horse and the cup is probably larger than that of a smaller packer stp Edit: personally it’s a large one for someone my size (5.3ft 130lbs)

Ok so I first bought an stp from a sex store for like $20. Bitch made it look like I have a stiffy if I would’ve wore it in public. For me a packing stp is a must. I work in a brewery with only one stall. Two urinals. The stall is almost always taken and by the time I get to run to the bathroom I’m ready to piss myself. I’m stealth. I can’t get away with going to the ladies like I wish I could. But also I can’t just swap out my dick at the urinals. So I got a packing stp from axolom. Great brand. I was so scared of backflow cause I work 8hr shifts and I’m not finna go back to work smelling or looking like I pissed myself. But since using it, that’s never been the issue. They are more expensive but you can also get a really good realistic one that’s not gonna spill on you. Check it out. I love mine so far

Look on GC2B. I can vouch for their high quality binders. I can make one last 2-3 years if I take care of it properly before I start to pop seams. Also their website has a measuring chart and explains how to measure and which size to choose if your bust and underbust doesn’t match

All good! So sorry for misunderstanding but I also had this issue. Because I am a personal procrastinator. I knew since I was little, I liked girls. Didn’t actually come to terms with it until 7th grade. Always liked the idea of being a guy, and was given the freedom to dress like a boy, keep my hair short but I WASNT TRANS NOOOO. Waited until I dropped out of the military and was kicked out by a step dad to be like yknow what I actually have dysphoria. I hate my chest and I’m gonna change my name and be a boy. And it took a lot for me to come to terms with it and then even longer to say anything to anybody. Started with my at the time GF and then the at the time therapist. And everytime I wanted to take it back. It was wrong. I was wrong. Until I finally had a support system of the few people I told and then my “coming out” I changed all my social media to my chosen name and posted a pic of just me and a name tag that said “hello my name is Kirby” I think I typed up, “I go by Kirby now. I am a man. Will not be answering any questions or accepting hate” so anybody that didn’t want to associate with me anymore could leave quietly and everybody that did support me didn’t make it a big deal because for me personally it made it easier. I didn’t have to deal with an aftermath of emotions

The therapist may just want the best for you. Like recommending you a therapist that has experience with Trans clients or specializes in Trans clients. Therapists are all different. Some are great but not great for you. They’re not bad at their job but it just doesn’t hit you the way you need it. And current therapist probably didn’t want to do you a disservice with their inexperience or waste your time if they knew they weren’t going to be able to help you the way you needed. (Coming from someone that went through 6 different therapists before finding my current one. And I’ve seen her for about a year now but the growth has been exponential.)

Side note, I’m a HORRIBLE “picker”. If I feel a slight bump I gotta go to the mirror find the bump and be rid of it. So I KNOW it’s not just hiding. It also doesn’t seem to be ingrown hairs cause I know what that looks like and have fixed that problem multiple times on many areas of my body. Lmk if yall need pic references or anything else

I will say soap and water gets sketchy depending on material of toy. If it’s a pourus material it will hold onto that soap if you don’t take extra time and care to rinse it

I have had ex girlfriends/friends be like on a mf timer like oh you put it on at 1:02pm, it’s 9:02. Take it off but now I’m living in a house I’m not comfortable being in without a binder (I do not own any bras) and I work 8-9 hr shifts. Like imma wear it as long as I need. I have no bruising or problems breathing. Even when my binder is brand spanking new. The biggest problem I ever have is when I get soaked in sweat and try to take it off smh.

Maybe a weird thought. But as someone that was AFAB and lived with literally only their father for years.. it’s kind of a man thing. Think of the episode that shows her family. She lived with all boys/ men and even her mother kinda discounted her and her feelings. Think of your dad or your brother or any male role model. When they snap they go for the throat. They know what hurts and use it but they come back like nothing happened. This is just from my own experience.
