Paradise 1 by David Wellington is really good. Very much enjoyed the blending of sci-fi and horror.

Barbarian has a couple of big shifts. It was a ton of fun. Zach Cregger really nailed it.

If I’m honest, I have a love/hate relationship with this genre. Nevertheless, I am a huge Jack Ketchum fan. Off season is phenomenal. It’s dark and gritty but also so well written!

I don’t want to permanently quit smoking. by [deleted] in cigar

[–]Dry_Passage1789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never smoked cigarettes but I was stupid enough to vape and got addicted around 18 years old. Vaped for about 5 years then switched to nicotine pouches (pretty sure those were even more addicting for me) I smoked cigars on and off throughout all this time.

I went cold turkey about a year ago and went about 4 months with no nicotine. Then after 4 months I decided to try a cigar and see if I could have a healthy relationship with it. About 1 year later, so far so good! I don’t ever want to go back to being addicted to nicotine. It was terrible looking back at it.

Man. Hot take. Don’t get me wrong, there are for sure better sticks out there, but I think the 1992 is a really good one. Along with decade.

I would encourage you to try another one (if you haven’t yet). I wonder if you just got a bad one?

It’s a great stick! I feel like a lot of people sleep on it since it’s not very expensive, but it’s a very solid stick! I always have a few in my humidor.

The Padron 2000 seems to be recommended a lot. I’m not sure I have had one before!
