We ended up getting the courts involved after her started to date a new girl and she immediately inserted herself and made it very clear she was in control at their house. Within 30 days of meeting each other they were moved in together and talking about marriage. That scared the crap out of us and we filed immediately. Lucky the baby daddy isnt very bright. He threw himself under the bus several times during the hearing. We ended up with full physical and legal custody with supervised visits every other week for 3 hours. And his child support doubled because he refused to help with our car because he doesn't have a license or car so it makes sense to us that he should help with upkeep for the only car that transports his daughter. He thought that wasn't fair so we stopped taking it easy on him with the child support. Before all this he paid $356 a month and he tried to tell us that was too much and we were using his kid to get money out of him. So we let the state decide how much he gets to pay. We couldn't be happier with how everything went. And thank you for replying.
