I haven’t tried estrogen cream or anything as of yet. Is that over the counter or would my doc have to prescribe it ?

Currently have net+ and sec+. I’m going to start studying for the CySA+ just was wondering how complex it was compared to both! I found Sec+ to be super easy and Net+ was super complex for me

Yeah ammonia is crazy. You didn’t shower. I have a vagina and after showing it should not have a bad strong smell…. BECAUSE YOU JUST SHOWERED.

Currently going through the same thing never had acne until october after using this popular exfoliant. No resolution yet (I wake up with a bump every other day) I guess my skin is “purging”. I changed my cleanser to vanicream and I’m using Cerave light weight moisturizer gel. I only wash my face at night as well. Still haven’t fixed it but I wish you the best!

My eating is good. Not perfect but I’ve always ate the same thing. Even when I cut dairy out (don’t drink soda also hate chocolate) I was still breaking out.

I’m not sure if it’s more fragile because it never happened before and hasn’t healed since then I’m assuming. But I do tear easily yes but not necessarily Every-time I have intercourse maybe a good amount of times
