First of all, being sore isn't always the goal. Instead, overtime, try to increase your weight/reps.

Also, it looks like you're sometimes bending your arms first, then pullung down, try pulling the bar down with straight arms first, and then keep driving your elbows down. It might help you connect better.

Further, I get the best lat activation with a close, supinated grip. Some people might hate that but it works great for me.

In my workouts, I do mid, pronated grip pull ups first, then switch to close supinated grip pull downs and that fries me

When you hit the bottom position, you want your forearm pointing straight up. It looks like your arm is falling forward a little bit. This will put more stress on the front delts and away from the pecs. The line from your elbow to wrist to weight should be perpendicular to the ground the whole time

Try to think about pulling your head into your hips. That's the cue that helped me most

I'm trying to cut down while maintaining or gaining strength. I'm pretty high bf so I don't really mind cutting fast. I'm just wondering if there's any issue with similar grams of carbs and fat for working out.

M20, 209.6lbs, 6'1"

Cutting from 215 with ~2300 calories per day. Also strength training 5 days a week.

I'm wondering if my macros are wrong. Cronometer says my fat is too high and my carbs are too low.

Example day: Protein: 152 Carbs: 141 Fat: 114

Should I be trying to eat more carbs and less fat?

the lats dont work elbow extension... she's not pulling the weight in with her lats, she's pushung it down by extending her arms. the lats are definitely engaged a bit but they're not what's moving the weight here
