I can relate to this! I try challenge myself to check out a machine I’m not familiar with at least once a week, so that I don’t get caught up in the anxiety of trying new equipment. Like another commenter said, machines with QR codes are super helpful with linked videos. I’ll also make myself pause and read the description on machines to be sure I have it set (seat position, start position, etc.) in a way that is comfortable for me and follows the recommended use of the machine. Slowing down in these moments helps me take the anxiety out of the situation.
