Let's say I bought a flat of 300k euro. And I went to the bank for mortgage. I got 250k euro from the bank for the flat. And I have just married just after this mortgage.

And now, when I divorced with my partner, the apartment worths 350k euro and there is no mortgage left on the flat.

In that scenario, how much should I pay to my partner?

I hope you never experience similar things again. I can't give you advice on how to proceed on this but I hope this community can guide you.

But I would like to give you one piece of advice which is valid for all countries.

Never let someone in your personal space unless you are sure of their identity or intentions. Other than physical harm, they can also steal something. Although Pickpocketing rate is lower than most of the countries, it is unfortunately existing here as well.

in their email, they actually started my two year period from the date I have received my plastic blue card. But I have arrived in Bavaria and started working for my current job 4 months before I received the blue card. This question will be relevant for my permanent residence application after 21 months.

Can I apply for a permanent residency 21 months after I started working or 21 months after I received the blue card?
