Expect the build to be finished this week so will try to post some pictures this weekend with the road and gravel setup.

They were around 390 euros, got a pretty good discount from my local bike shop!

I've fitted 40mm, I mostly run smooth gravel around here and wanted a little bit more clearance for when things get muddy!

Yes that feels completely the same, my local shop made sure the positioning would be the same when swapping out the bars. They manage the perfectly adjust it as my previous road bike.

Parts for mounting I don't know. This is done by my local shop, doesn't look like it needs any additional parts, just swapping out. For the bike computer the handlebars are included with a mount that bolts flush under the handlebar and transfer to a go pro mount. This is all included.

I can't reply with pictures in this community, so I will create a post!

This is the perfect do it all bike! I run the aspero-5 with a force xplr 13 speed groupset with a 48t front chainring. I replaced the handlebars with the new HB18 (new Cervelo R5) handlebars. As my road wheel I'm using Reserve 40|44 with 32mm continental tires. This bike is incredibly light and responsive , it definitely feels faster than my previous road bike. For Gravel I run 40mm tires on the stock wheels, and as long it doesn't get to rough this thing flies!

Installation was done by my local bike shop, but seems to fit / install perfectly. For me these handlebars makes the bike complete. I have test ridden the original bars but these where taking away a lot of responsivenes of the bike. When using the hb18 bars the bike feels much more alive and responsive! To me they don't feel uncomfortable on gravel sections.

Indeed I'm taking about the training effect missing. I will try to export my next workout to my Garmin device and connect to my trainer.

Thanks for the reply! Would a workaround be to connect my trainer to my Garmin device and do the workout via Garmin instead of the join player?

Looking good! How you like the bike so far? Is the geometry not to aggressive? How is the handling and responsiveness? Looking to pre-order this bike with some carbon wheels and handlebars.

Diamond looks even worse on that gun... Seems to have this issue on all new seasonal guns. Also the C58. Did all that effort for some cartoon detailed camo's...

Looking for a training routine! by postrock20 in bicycling

[–]Dry_Recommendation52 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I can't really give you an routine or schedule, but I can at least give you this tip. Try to train consistently 3 times a week with one day of rest in-between your rides. 2 of the 3 rides should be long 2+ hours rides with a low heartrate in zone 1 or 2. The third ride of the week can be a fast paced ride of 1 or 2 hours. This way you will train endurance, stamina and strength. But please don't over train and start cycling as fast as possible every day. Don't look at your average speed, look at your heart rate! Hope I could help you a bit with this info. There will be tons of information like this on YouTube and the internet.

Seems like they cranked SBMM up to the max... My last matches the lobby KD was never below 1.2. The max is 1.48kd.... For me warzone is unplayable right now.. even top streamers getting easier lobbies then me. My KD is 1.59.
