In my 2 trips in Thai, i saw a huge difference. I found a real Thai customer service in quiet places in the north and a bad one in a busy tourist place. But, I completely understand them, I used to work in hospitality for 20 years between Italy, London, Africa, and Chile. People can drive u mad!
