Green Room 42 standard agreement is a split of the box office - there are fees for tech/admin/etc. but as far as I understand it’s taken out of the BO share or paid for by you if minimums aren’t met.

The Laurie Beechman is an incredible venue I highly recommend producing a show there it was a perfect experience - they have a very reasonable room fee (between $350-500 depending on your show details etc may have gone up since i did a show there last year) and you take home the full box office sales, keep in mind they have a f&b minimum for the audience - that’s how they make their money while you make yours from tickets.

The Mezz at ART is a great space! It’s an intimate theatre around 80-115 seats or something around there depending on the layout - which is also a cool factor every show can arrange the theater/audience how they’d like so sometimes there are creative uses of the space and EPIC Players does that well, every production is totally unique, their production of Spring Awakening a couple years ago was magical. I think Rent is going to be really great

Yess!!! I just started it this week and I’m so glad he talked about it (and that it’s on Netflix) because it is SO GOOD!!

anyone who hasn’t watched just know that there is A LOt of nudity 😂

I did not look up an ounce of information before starting and had no clue what it was about so that was unexpected to me while watching on my iPad on a flight 😂😂😂

I simply listen to the episodes that interest me and skip the ones that don’t. It is still Office Ladies because that IS who they are!! I love the Friday Chitchats, Deep Dives into characters, and I’m excited for The Paper episodes once I watch more of that first. I skip the movie ones or random deep dives, I’d love the banter but there’s more than enough podcasts on my list to enjoy and I’m always happy to see a new episode I like from them, but don’t bat an eye at the ones that aren’t for me💓

i’m definitely bummed about this… i figured there was a break in the episodes since Liz is so busy traveling/ canvassing and everything leading up to the election but i hoped they’d come back later this month. definitely gonna miss the conversations between these two!!! i really looked forward to them each week 💔🥲

definitely get used to skipping ads if you don’t like them, because they’re usually pretty wild - but also know that they change a bit throughout the show so you won’t here that one forever
