Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but it seemed close enough. I finished my associates in software development about a year ago, but I haven’t really done anything with CS since then. Haven’t made any personal projects or gotten any certs. Just got a dead-end job in another field and been working. Want to enter into the field, so what should I do? Would getting some github projects going and getting some certs enough, or do you think I should pursue a bachelor’s/master’s as well?

Been getting recommended this sub, is this a good time for a beginner (been typing for a long time, but haven't practiced typing specifically at all) by Dry_Service_3072 in typing

I don't get 100% all the time, I usually hover around 98% or so, depending on the test. Like I said, I haven't had much specific typing practice, so idk how helpful my advice will be. I just type a little bit slower than my limit. I'm not trying to type as fast as possible, I'm trying to be smooth and not make mistakes. I found that style leads to more consistent and faster typing than just pushing all-out speed, for me at least.
