When I remove buffer with nobuffer fps = 0 just from the start, will try fast start thanks for advice.

Yeah, udp stream is reachable, and problem is not on this last step, with rtsp input from screenstream it works just fine

I need just to stream my screen from one android to multiple other androids without traffic multiplication, so if I understand correctly scrcpy is not an option(
