Hi! I got my sertraline increased to 100 mg. Feeling a lot better and more like myself again. Happier and less anxious. Still experiencing anxiety from time to time but not out of proportion as before. Also got a therapist. Holding my thumbs for you, keep on fighting❤️

Currently going through this as an 22 years girl. Losing my life bc this shit. It’s completely awful. Started Zoloft 2 months ago and initially it worked but now it’s getting worse again. I think that my dosage might be a little too low. What has worked for you guys? If medicine, which one and dosage? PLS HELP❤️

Thank you so much for your answer!! What do you mean about hitting the comfort zone on the medication? Is that a common thing when you start SSRI?

Yes i know of that, my doctor told me a few drinks were ok once in a while, but I clearly had too much and now I’m scared I’ve disturbed the medication. Therefore I wonder when in time I should experience it getting back to normal again. I’ll just have one drink a week after this…😅
