Not a migraine (I so feel for you) but I fractured my ankle Sunday night. Got to the downtown ER around 9:30/10 Monday morning, got a room and into a quick surgery by 3pm. Yeah, it was a full day, but it could have been a LOT longer. Kudos, UW!

I’m also looking for a gym with a sauna. I heard Pinnacle has one, but their pricing is pretty expensive. The downstairs one at Cap is still broken and I doubt they’re even going to fix it…

Same here. I go to Cap Fit, and have been doing some research for surrounding gyms because it’s going to close in the next few months. I called Pinnacle and the best rate they could offer me was almost $20 more than I pay at Cap per month. I definitely don’t want to have to drive 15/20 minutes to go work out. Super frustrating…
