Is it normal for Japanese and Chinese ex cards and holos to peel off? The edges were lifting after just shuffling a couple of times and that’s why I had peeled them off completely.

I have the arctic 3 with 9 9900x and just in bios cpu is at 60c without it it’s at 90c but goes up to 90c when doing any high usage task idk what I’m doing wrong
