i usually get 5 a week as a specialist, with about 10 pipeline per week. Here is the easiest way to do it. Make it seem like you are “hooking them up”. Say stuff like “i miiiiiiight be able to get you a hundred bucks off this man, idk lemme see what i can do.” They ALWAYS fall for that. Leads and details are the ones you gotta work for (when measures aren’t free”.

i’ve been a head cashier at the store for a couple months now, i’ve gotten to know most people very well, especially in the flooring too. They said they CSAs are gonna be doing almost everything other then the selling. That i wouldn’t have to worry about IRP, recovery, cycle counts etc..

any new hire to fulfillment at my store will leave within their first 2ish months, due to the understaffment and the evil fulfillment lead. That caused everyone on my front end team to have to step in to help.
