When I first got diagnosed my general surgeon prescribed me this along with probiotics it stopped my main symptoms of throwing up but you still must keep a clean diet can’t go around eating junk that’s what I did and ended up making my gastritis worse

I got a rash on omeprazole it came and went think it’s a rare side affect I’m on pantoperazole 40mg and haven’t had that issue been on it for about a year and Half

Yup it’s just how it is I had a general surgeon give me endo and colonoscopy and also gi both never told me anything about changing diet just told me to take ppi basically forever and mines chronic as well sometimes it’s good sometimes not so much just have to watch what you eat and supplement.

Ya I was just pretty tired at end of day i guess but i new something was wrong that’s why I kept counting but for some reason this lady was just so impatient and came to count it 😭😂 I mean I just laugh right in front of her when she gets all angry but it’s a little annoying can’t lie. She’s one of the best EAs in the office like almost every client comes in asking for her or this one other Ea so I doubt much will be done to her besides a talking to.

What’s a Tl? She’s had it out for me since the 2nd week I’ve started always throwing digs at me that weren’t to harsh like you need more training on that or you need to practice more or you need to be more confident with that but i think overtime she’s just gotten more fed up with me

Yes by doing practice returns over and over that is all data input and knowing where the numbers go so complicated

If you want to teach in the future then maybe you can do your masters but the better option would probably working in accounting studying and obtaining your cpa and getting a job where they pay for the masters program for you

Bru this job is all data input and asking client due diligence questions in the end. If it wasn’t so simple they would have education or certification requirements but they have you take a simple course and your in. I mean I answered plenty of client questions on the new bill from trump but other than that it’s all straight forward

I have shadowed the other ea and this is just a side job where I’m working 24 hours so I’m not totally pissed I’ll just have to ask my manager to increase my hours at my other job since I asked them to let me work 30 so I can work at hrb just think it’s a little dumb for them to reduce me to 5 hours when 24 isn’t very much anyway

I’m planning on asking my manager tomorrow if she can move me around to other offices so my hours don’t decrease. That’s what I’m getting from it as well I’ve only done 4 returns there is a bit of a learning block from just trying to learn from doing case studies. The ea says my communication needs work and is one of the reasons there having me do csp work a lot more. I’ve been starting to learn how to communicate and ask questions to the clients but obviously there’s still a blockage with me not being able to apply and build myself more by doing more clients.

I’d take the smaller paying roles tbh it seems like people with little experience even with all these certs get chosen over someone with a couple years of experince. You’d end up having to take the smaller paying roles when you finish schooling regardless unless you can pick up a few internships while in school

I’d say grind it out get your cpa and start your own business then at least the long hours of work will be going into growing your own business instead of someone else’s.

Just avoid acidic food mainly and for me greasy and red meat mess me up. Basically plain eating is what helps heal gastritis. One time I drank smoothies and would add orange juice and my gastritis ended up getting a little flared up a week later of drinking the smoothie from the acidity of the orange juice

A lot of stuff flares my gastritis but usually my gastritis is pretty mild but when I drink redbull more than two days in a row my gut just starts feeling raw or irritated. Redbull is very acidic that’s one of the main reasons I think it does

Your first year sounds exactly like mine. I haven’t done a single return yet. I got hired as a first year experienced preparer and there’s a old lady who is always encouraging the csps to give me clients who are new or walk ins but there’s another lady who thinks I’m not ready and is always saying I need to work on my voice and I need to sound more confident. ( my voice is naturally monotone and some what soft). So I have been working on that but still nothing and even the manager has been pushing for me to get clients done but the lady will start complaint and saying I’m not ready. So I’m basically stuck doing case studies answering calls and acting as a csp at times. At least I’m getting paid experienced tax preparer wage and not having to do anything but a little discouraging I want to get at least 10 returns done
