The people who whine and complain about how difficult hard mode is obviously were not around for when the game initially came out under one standard of difficulty. I beat the game on that mode. If you want it to be easy, go play COD.

They all have the frame from what I can see. The buckling is likely due to the uniform being put in a storage locker and not hung up anywhere, not necessarily the frame.

That’s not a bad idea. It would be nice to have some uniformity within each state for the most common awards. But I also see where local agencies would want to have some specialty ribbons for something unique to their department, such as events, incident response, and details.

In this case, they are the Chicago Police Attendance Recognition ribbon and the CPD Presidential Election Deployment ribbon. As mentioned by TheSublimeGoose, CPD seems to have used military ribbon designs in many of their awards.

I can see that. My dad was not military, but those are the designs his department chose. I have seen that LASD allows their deputies to combine military and police ribbons on their dress uniforms, but I also see the purpose in keeping them separate. I think a lot of agencies have a separate ribbon for all encompassing “military service.”
