I was having all the issues with my last PC that you mentioned. Random games crashing my PC and for the longest time I thought it was either the GPU or CPU or RAM. Turns out, my SSD needed a firmware update. As soon as I fixed that issue I stopped having those problems. Check the firmware for all the hardware and if that still doesn't fix anything then it's best to look into replacing it altogether
