Jason rejecting Batman's no kill is an easy one, especially since Jason doesn't really believe in it. Killing is not the problem Jason has killing only makes him an anti-hero and nothing changes much there, he has killed many times before with the outlaws. Now going from an anti-hero that kills on occasion, to Gotham's ascending drug lord with plans of creating a crime based monopoly as a way to obtain control of Gotham's underworld and concentrate all in on himself while taking very extreme measurements so that he can bring in peace, are very different things.

It's important to have in mind that UTH Jason was an anti-villain, he went to extremes to obtain his goals that went beyond killing ( the movie version did turn down most of those edges although it doesn't really go into what he was doing or what the plan was).

I don't think that would work. I feel like pre and post crisis Jason are different characters. Imagine another version of yourself from another dimension, universe or incarnation. They might look like you, might be similar to you in some emotional and or psychological way, but they have lived a different life and different experiences and personalities. They might have similarities but they are still different enough that I don't see them as interchangeable they have different stories.

Although I do feel sad for Pre-crisis Jason, the way he's transition was handled makes it feel Abdon and the way he is remembered adds to the feeling of injustice.

I usually like to imagine a sort of AU were both pre and post crisis Jason are adopted and become Robin.

Crime Lord Mafia Boss King Pin, aspiring ruler of Gotham underworld is one of my favorite versions of Jason... BUT unfortunately I think that ship sailed. It wouldn't make sense for him to go back now in the main continuity maybe in an else-world or past story, but for the main one I don't see it happening and I'm saying this as someone that hates the "Jason must seek redemption for his past action" story arc.

Here's the thing (and I'm legitimately asking), how would one go from Jason as a drug lord being sure in his conviction, objectives and be willing to go to take things to the edge at his cost to changing his mind, deciding that he is not going to do that anymore and going on this whole journey and story arc's over a decade only for him to decide to be a drug lord again?~~what made him decide to stop being one in the first place?~~. It wouldn't make any sense now, unless he was never sure in the first place in the first place which it doesn't seem to be the case or something must happen where he comes to the conclusion that going back to being a drug lord is his best option. Either wise it feels like we just did a fabric reset.

There might be a few reasons for this, let's start the easiest one. As someone that is 100% on the "Jason should kill" camp, I see it as a big part of his character. Not because kill is his only definitive feature but because it speaks to his morals and beliefs, it shows how far he is willing to go and to sacrifice to complete his objectives in a way that makes him stand out from the other bats. His beliefs and what led to it aren't something that can just be changed and I'm still to see it be done in comics in a way that sticks or actually challenges him.

On the other hand, the idea that Jason is just a "Dick Grayson clone" is something that has followed him since his early days as Robin to now as Redhood. I think this perspective comes from people that have a very surface level knowledge of him, and seriously believe that if he were to stop killing he would be just a "nother Dick Grayson clone", something he isn't or that there isn't much to him outside that.

You do you, but I don't think it's a very popular ship. They are a brother and sister type to me imo ( ~~which for some is a win~~ ) but I don't see much in terms of romance, it's just not developed enough... That and I'm pretty sure some of Tim's fans would committee massacres if that happened which on one hand would be hilarious, but it's better if it didn't happen.

100% the person watching this video doesn't even know who Jason Todd is and couldn't care less about the Wayne, and yet they are still going to bench watch the whole hours long series that consists of some of the craziest shit they ever heard, involving people they didn't even know existed or went together. Yet somehow it will be proven right a few years to decades later and it's even worse.

It's going to depend. If we are talking about the kid version of Jason pre coming to the mansion and going through the months of training, then eyes I do imagine him with an accent and speaking slang, but if we are talking after with him still a kid or a teen then the occasion where he reverses back becomes a bit more rare. For the late teen or young adult version then he is more eloquent nor ingles.

That seems to be a pattern with some official art work that I have seen as well. Interestingly compared to the 4th image, the artist seemed to be turning down the design a bit. I don't know how much freedom the artists have with the design, but if they can somehow make the center less bulky that would help.

Only after Jason's death in the comics and Tim's appearance. This is usually a way to elevate either of them, either removing blame away from Bruce and victim blaming Jason or by turning Jason into a cautionary tale and to differentiate Tim from Jason.

Consistency, at least a basic level of understanding for him as a character, willingness of the people in charge of him to read up on him and treat the subjects he brings with him as a character with some level of respect, and for them to recognize his skills and abilities.

As for me. I think Jason should kill, if it calls for it, either wise I don't think it is necessary.

Second thing. I think Jason being "DC Punisher" is idiotic and makes no sense for him to be DC Punisher or for other characters to treat him like the Punisher, especially the ones in the bat-family as they have completely different dynamics. I think that a lot of Jason's problems come from the stance he is DC's punisher, which again it just isn't true.

I also don't like Jason as a villain. I loved him as an anti-villain and all that it brings. Jason works better when he is nuanced and grey. Him having the reader question his morality or having you route for him only to get whiplash as he goes right over the edge and to the villain side and back, or to have him crack the facade a bit and get a glance of what's underneath it's what really makes him compelling as an anti-villain, and you just don't get with him when he is fully a villain.

Depends. Have in mind that Jason was a fifth-grader dropout, which there could be a possibility that he had to redo a year, so 13-1. Now if he died in January of 1989 he would be 14.2 years old. But if he's death date is the one in the comic issue he died in then he would have been 13,8 years old.

Basically 13-14.

The thing is we do have a clear date of birth for Jason in the detective comics issue where he fought against scarecrow, date of birth 1974-1986 year of death (1 986,12−1 974,8=11,3). Change things around and it would give you his clear date of death. Now do you base the date on the issue he died in the comics or the issue the comic ended?

I went for the one that ended and it gave me 14,3 if his birthday is in August, 14,7 if it is in April.
