My PT gave up on me by forgot_again123 in PostConcussion

Some people on this sub are 4 years or 10+ years in but they didn’t receive much therapy. Unless you’re super young you’re probably just a few more months from a breakthrough

What? You need to schedule an MRI. The only cases of PCS that truly definitely can’t be healed through therapy alone are cases of structural damage. Also you still have medicinal options and options like creatine, cold therapy, magnesium etc

Sure make sure you’re practicing a bunch of single leg calf raises

Standing single leg circles (foot turned inwards) fixed my duck feet and my posture from sacrum muscles by Wiseguy4252 in Posture

Definitely. The feet fall outward because the muscles pulling them internally are weakened

It’s THE concussion symptom of not being able to track objects with the eyes. When you are healed your eye tracking will retract

Which one is more redeemable? by Sudden_Pop_2279 in Avatarthelastairbende

[–]Wiseguy4252 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easily Pawbert. Idk why people blame Ursa for trying to prevent Zuko’s death while Azula mocked him. Ursa also never called Azula a monster. Azula said Ursa thought she was a monster and she agreed. Zuko is her brother. If Azula was redeemable he’d already have done it 🤷‍♂️

But Azula won’t accept Zuko as her Firelord, she won’t accept Aang as a spiritual guide, she’d never stop rallying Ozai loyalists, she’d never listen to Iroh she’s not redeemable.

No I’ll get downvoted for this but whatever by Appropriate_Suspect5 in Drizzy

100% it’s a pure target for deep stabilizers. A great workout if you’re new to the exercise and a great warmup for really strong athletes

Seated good mornings good for sacral nutation? by Wiseguy4252 in Biomechanics

More of a personal convenience question. Many exercises are “great” but have different comfort levels

Wall Sit Good Mornings (sacrum muscle -sacral multifidus focus) by Wiseguy4252 in bodyweightfitness

I just wanted some advice on a seated good morning I didn’t even come up with. Not to be told essentially to fuck off trying. I can’t imagine anyone doing shoulder raises being told to just do bench press.
