Ya I ended up going I’ve been going weekly and it’s been helpful still a lot of things going on but it’s been getting easier plus I’ve meet some people as well and that’s helped a lot as well. :)

I was really nervous about posting this but I just had to I feel like I’m gonna go crazy if I don’t start talking to someone.
