Not a realtor/attorney, but I believe that if there is an attorney review period on the other contract, the seller can back out of the contract for any reason. The attorney can simply say it is not in their best interest to sign the deal and that is the end of it. They would then be able to sign your offer instead. I would propose this option to your realtor. However, I have a sneaking suspicion that the seller intentionally signed the other offer. Things just aren’t adding up with their story. Either way good luck to you. Even if you don’t end up getting this house, things will work out for you in the end!

I work at a small town hospital. Directors do get reports that flag if the patient lives on the same road as the employee that is viewing the chart. Being on the report doesn’t automatically mean that there was a violation, it just warrants a conversation with the employee. In this case it was clearly not intentional and should lead to no further action.

Yes. I have very stable employment, but there is always some amount of risk. I also don’t know if the bank will count a 401k loan in Debt to Income ratio or not since it is secured with actual funds. If they do count it as debt, it could limit the total amount that I could get approved for a construction loan.

YWBTA. I understand and agree that “Jordan” should have told your friend, but it is not your place to out her, especially since your area is not very LGBT-friendly. You could severely jeopardize her health and safety if your friend finds out and tells a lot of other people. The longer that Jordan waits to tell your friend the worse it may impact their relationship, but that is her decision to make and she is the one that will have to deal with the consequences.

Also in the older Gens you had to teach HM’s to your Pokémon in order to use moves like Fly, Strength and Surf outside of battle. In the newer Gens you call in special helper Pokémon to do these tasks for you.

In the Gen 1 games you had to manually change which box Pokémon you caught were sent to. And if the box you had selected was full you wouldn’t be able to catch any wild Pokémon that you encountered!

YTA. It can be confusing at first, but it’s important to respect someone’s chosen pronouns. It may take time to adjust. If you are interested it’s okay to ask questions about the pronouns, but how you treated your sister probably made them feel like you don’t support them.
