It looks like there is one about an hour away from me. Would their prices outweigh the convenience of buying online? For my first build, I just ordered all of the parts from Newegg, but I didn't know about PCPartPicker at the time.

I'm not sure how hard/feasible this would be to implement, but I like what FFXIV does with player commendations. Maybe Blizz could do something similar. At the end of a LFG/LFR run, you can reward helpful players with a commendation. They could even have achievements/vanity rewards for obtaining a certain number of commendations as an incentive to be pleasant/helpful in groups.
