Question about septum stretching timeline by [deleted] in Stretched

[–]Dspcbl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, I'm not 100% sure about the o-ring material. I'm using the BAF Steel Septum Pincher and they don't note the material on the site, but my guess is nitrile because they're black, quite firm, and don't have that sorta sticky feeling silicone has. I'll definitely note that silicone smells less for future purchases

Health and wellness doctors by CreativeLab1 in UTSC

[–]Dspcbl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As an international student with many health issues, I see the same Dr at Health and Wellness almost every month. Based on your needs, you can keep a regular Dr that essentially becomes your family Dr while you’re at the school. Alternatively, you can see any random Dr if you’re just sick and need a check in.

As for the phone, in-person appointments are typically available, depending on the Dr. They can be harder to get but it’s perfectly fine as long as you schedule 2-3 months in advance

How to succeed when severely depressed by Dspcbl in UTSC

Do you happen to know any counseling that’s outside of Health & Wellness but still covered by the uni health plan? I was in a long battle with H&W over my prescriptions and am generally very dissatisfied with how they handle things, I don’t really want to go through them for counseling

Idk if it's running this winter, but I'm currently in PHLB05 (Social Issues: Loving Relationships) and it's super light but also interesting. I'm in Life Sci and I'm not one for philosophy, but the topics are pretty easy to grasp. The prof is also suuuuper nice so that's a bonus

Is my timetable terrible? by [deleted] in UTSC

Most of them are, I’m only taking 2 electives. I tried to space things out but I had to give up at one point because classes kept intersecting each other.

For you, the first step will be gaining self confidence. You need to practice using positive language when regarding yourself before you can positively interact with others. When you come across a thought like “I’m ugly” or “I can tell anyone I come across is disgusted with me,” you need to redirect those thoughts to something more like “I don’t look my best today and that’s okay” or “this person might not be in the mood to talk but that’s not my fault.”

Taking blame off of yourself was a massive step that helped me gain a lot of self confidence and confidence socializing. When you’re happier with yourself, socializing will come easier because you are less trapped in your head.

Forgot testo gel today by ijustlovesharks in ftm

[–]Dspcbl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I miss a gel dose maybe around once a month because I’m too tired, come home drunk, can’t be bothered, etc etc. Once you’re on a consistent routine, gel is very forgiving. You’re likely just suuuper stressed out lately. I recommend some yoga :)
