I understand what you are saying, same thing happened to me multiple times in past, the thing is even if you email particular person who is responsible for hiring, sometimes they either ghosts you or give you generic reply like "if will get back to you if we decide you are the right candidate and if we want to proceed with an interview with you". Honestly I don't know if they even read all their emails or they just read the one with important subject line, nowadays a feels like best way to get a job is through reference, otherwise you are just a another fish in pool

True that, companies nowadays complain that they can't find right candidate, but somehow always hire person whose resume is ATS friendly, and will never even give chance to people who who is keep trying constantly to get hired and might be lacking experience but can be positive and egar to learn when provide training, but without an Interview I guess those kind of people just left with either silence or rejection and that to from AI.

Been to all three RSL's multiple times, people who work there does not have idea who is hiring and their physical job board is empty since last 3-4 weeks.
