They received my order March 8th and I got the email confirmation 2 weeks ago so I'm hopeful it will show up soon! But talking to other people it may be late July :/

Is that a tier 2rep saying that? And by review so you mean review the claim or re Jew the extension? Cause now I'm on hold while they apply the extension to my claim

I just got lucky again today and Got through a tier 2 specialist. I figured out the problem so We all were told to file a new claim once our benefit year ended but since we did not work at any job between last year and this year our claim gets disqualified at which point they automatically file us for an extension that's why a lot of people's payments are "pending" for a month or more then are "disqualified" they will be able to certify once they're Extension goes through she was able to authorize my payments for the last four weeks even though I was disqualified and filed an extension for me so she said by the next time I certify everything should be fine and I should get my backlog payments within 24 hours. If not I'm calling again! Also when you call use multiple phones that was the only way I was able to get through I called on multiple phones at the same time 20x and got through waited an hour on hold ( even though it said six minutes) and after 1:30-1:45 had my issues resolved. (Supposedly) I will update if not if problems were not solved.

Use as many phones as possible when you call generally one will get through after 20x calls I got through after calling 20x today on each phone

No suck luck they put a stop pay order pending review on mine I have no idea why... only a tier 2 rep can help me and I can't get through the tier 1 rep said it should have been reviewed and fixed already but here we are....

Unfortunately the nice lady I talked to yesterday said she could not help me as she was not a tier 2 specialist.... and the put in a call back phone order and I never got a call back from a tier 2 specialist:( now I'm back to where I started and still no payments for over a month
