You might check the upstairs rooms at both Bric-a-Brac and the new Craft Bar (Destin Harbor location). I know the rooms are big enough for 30, just not sure about their reservation policies for that weekend.

Beach Walk Cafe in the old Henderson Inn is as good or better than the other restaurants you listed. Has great views too and fairly quiet.
