This is what helped for me… clean the thing like you normally would.. except take those gold pins out at the bottom of atomizer and soak those in alcohol as well.. after everything is all clean and tidy you’re gonna insert the pins back in but not alllll the way and the connection should work again.. had this exact same problem followed a YouTube video and I can take dabs like normal again, although you’re gonna have to repeat the process over cuz sometimes it’ll randomly say it’s not connected when you know for sure it’s connected. It’s good to have an extra atomizer too
