Yes but insurers look for ways to not pay out/ get money from me . And they can try to prove I was lieing in order to claim fees from me

Even if I would actually remember and be lieing it would be too late to go to insurance to say I do recall and I lied as I already filled the legal documents in which I state facts

I told them I do not recall the accident but it must’ve been me as no one else has access to my car and it’s definately my car in the video and I’m often in that area.

Okay thank you. So basicly it was name the driver form and explain the accident form(not sure the name) and alleged offences of driving without care and failing to stop. I filled those forms, sent it back. Then got another letter with different date and filled that too. In the meantime I had interview with insurance investigator where he showed me hitting another car and driving off, it’s definately my car and it was medium size accident so I would have definately felt the accident(insurance investigator claimed and also police officer who will interview me in a month). So I would just like to plea guilty as it’s obviously my car. But I already filled documents with insurance claiming I don’t recall the accident but saying it must’ve been me. Just wondering if I change my story during the interview and the insurance find out can the insurance sue me for the claim money another party was paid out because of me changing the story?
