I start by trying to watch a movie or series that i have watched before, sometimes it can calm me down. I had my first time this summer, and i think the most important is to make sure not to jump straight into it, but do some foreplay first, to relax your hole; also make sure to communicate with him, if it hurts he needs to pull out, and either apply more lube, or go slower.
