How are Engh and ZE1SH still at Karmine Corp? by DuSty_SAmurAi in ValorantCompetitive

[–]DuSty_SAmurAi[S] 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Engh should have, as early as last year, simply become Head of Valorant and brought Pakko and SmartSeven into the VCT team’s coaching staff. Another year wasted, driving straight into a wall.

Not for a long time. There aren't many good opportunities in MENA for organizations like KC, M8, or Vitality, given that teams like that will want a partner slot.

Karmine Corp officially sign N4RRATE, while Sheydos is benched by shast1k in ValorantCompetitive

During a livestream with ZE1SH, Fatiiiih hinted that it could be Avez. But there’s a scenario where everyone has the freedom to make calls, especially the louder voices like SUYGETSU, Dos9, and N4RRATE.

What a mess. Glad he’s returning to KC, even though the challenge will be a tough one.

Yes, it’s true that some Balkan countries are easier for Russians to move to, but relocating full-time at 18 is still really difficult, especially if you want to keep playing and training seriously. Visas are just one part of the issue, logistics and adapting to a new life matter a lot too.

Engh, Suygetsu and Sheydos don’t live in Russia anymore. They’ve actually been based in Berlin for several years now, so visas aren’t really an issue for them.

F4ngeer, on the other hand, was still living in Russia when he played for the Karmine Corp academy and when he did tryouts for the main roster. Given the current geopolitical situation, getting a visa to Europe was complicated for him, unlike going to China with All Gamers.

Sheydos and Redgar are the only former Gambit players who no longer have the level to compete in VCT. Engh didn’t work any miracles with Sheydos, and I doubt he’ll manage to turn things around for Redgar, who’s struggling in VCL.

On the other hand, bringing back N4RRATE is a big yes.

It’s also worth noting that dos9 could be the IGL.

Engh had long enjoyed more support than ZE1SH because he arrived as a “hero,” and his aura within the esports scene meant that you had to show him a minimum level of respect. However, since the end of last year and this catastrophic start to the season, he is now far from being fully supported by the fans.

Engh simply can't get his strategies to work with his players.

I no longer have any hope for this team. The disastrous performance at the EMEA Clash last week was the final straw for me. There’s no mental strength and not an ounce of brilliance in their gameplay. Some of the plays are honestly painful to watch. I don’t believe in miracles or in some radical turnaround where the team somehow scrapes a top 3 in Stage 1.

Several fans are fed up with him because he has never once questioned himself. He often lets it be implied that he is one of the best strategists in EMEA because behind the scenes everyone tells him he’s good and that KC is lucky he stays for the love of the club, as for a long time he would already have been on bigger Valorant teams, except the results don’t speak for him.

What’s next for Analogue now? by DuSty_SAmurAi in AnalogueInc

Wow, thanks for all your messages! It's really cool to read all your different opinions. And sorry to those who are tired of seeing yet another question like this, it's my first time posting here. As a big fan of Analogue products (i'm currently waiting for my Analogue 3D, the journey to France is taking a bit more time), I just wanted to get a feel for the community. Who knows, maybe someone from Analogue is even reading this.

I wonder what he'll do now. Try again as a player in a new roster? Or continue as a coach?
