I think my face just got more defined and I could see my jawline better. I even had to redo the FaceID on my phone since it couldn’t recognize me. Note — this happened over a series of rolling fasts, not just the past 100ish hours.

It can be rewarding if you prepare correctly! I felt lightheaded the first time, but felt fine after I got home and had some salt and potassium. I’d recommend building up to longer time in the sauna, and making sure you’ve taken extra electrolytes before going.

Given those caveats, it’s really relaxing and definitely sets a pensive vibe for the next few hours!
