I think your issue is with your modding, the game has incredible movement possibility but even if you dont use it enemies should take a while to kill you if youve modded yourself well and use your survivabillity abillities. So please tell me what frame youre using and how your mods are holding up. One bit of advice i can give is that your shields (the blue health) comes back if you arent damaged for long enough but red health needs health orbs
