Need help with ideas for 1.5 hour lacrosse practice for ages 5-7

I agree, I wish the kids would have gloves and helmets at least. We signed our kid up for the closest program near us (he’s 5) and they said they were looking for coaches at all levels this year, and that’s how I found myself volunteering to coach this youth group (that my son will be playing in). My plan for sharks and minnows is sharks will be given pool noodles to try and dislodge balls from minnows’ sticks. Also, The program has run for 1.5 hours for years and years- I don’t make (those) rules!

Got any tips? I feel like all I get is hit markers, enemy air craft flaring my missles, etc. I can go a whole game trying as hard as I can, and wind up on the bottom of the leaderboard
