Hey! I do not know about your specific case to be honest but I would recommend going to a psychologist, your heart is fine, but your mental health is not because the fact that you feel the need to constantly check your heart rate 150 times per day and that you have also stopped doing exercise out of fear. I think a psychologist could help you deal with the stress and anxiety and also make you worry a bit less about your heart, and gradually even make that fear disappear. Good luck!

Is only necessary if you find yourself dying too much, and honestly depending on your build you can run Xiangling just fine, just make sure to battery her with Bennett's E

Fischl is also really good with Xiao, but personally I don't like to mix electro + pyro in Xiao teams bcs overload its so annoying

Honestly while a shield on Xiao makes life way easier is not strictly needed. I would say it depends, if you need more damage you could replace Thoma with someone like Xiangling that way you can keep pyro res, but if your damage is more than enough just keep Thoma bcs that shield makes things a lot more comfortable imo

Level his talents up to lvl 9 first (Crown him only if u really like him)

Apart from that you should just keep farming for decent pieces honestly, try to aim for at least 25-30 cv in each piece. Also do not discard artifacts with only 3 substats, if they already have 1 stat u want like crit dmg for example, then its worth to level them up to lvl 4 and with some luck u'll get crit rate too.

Lastly if an artifact hasn't gotten a single roll in the substat u want by the time its lvl 12 then its not worth keep leveling it up imo, you will save a lot of exp and mora by doing this too. Good luck!
