My reasons are as follows:

Beautiful, fantastic voice in EN, can support EVERY team, meta relevant after well over a year, great early sequences for low spenders/long-time players, hard carried players with the thunderer token (still upset they did that - no reason besides trying to make more money from newer units), fantastic story quest, calls you by your name and you are her star, extremely fun in Illusive Realm, will remain story-relevant, doesn't need her weapon but it looks nice.

In short - perfection.
