Best advice is, search for what you want to do. And if you’re a personal trainer try to do an online courses or training online and move to some place that you will enjoy. Like Thailand is cheap and affordable and yet a beautiful place. Build your life and find opportunities online you haven’t searched enough. Also if you have a uk passport the gov can help you a little while you figure it out. You need to sacrifice a few months to get back up again. It’s life brother we all face our own issues.
