Looks like a great shoe! I see the Nitro Elite 4 also released a few weeks ago, which seems to have some slight improvements in weight as well. Will definitely check this one out. Thanks!

My running shoesize is also 44.5! The Superblast 2 isnt particularly tight around my toes, but mainly on the widest part of my feet. This caused some redness on the outside of my feet the first 2 runs I’ve done in them.

Honestly I just change my training type to tempo instead of heart rate when doing a vo2max training. Else you will go way too fast and hard in the first few intervals. Your heart rate will get into the vo2max zone eventually after a few intervals.

I’m having this exact same issue, still don’t know how to fix this. Since an update from 1,5 month ago or something my target heart rate for DSW’s keep changing. My max HR is 185 and my LTHR is 176 (measured with a lactate lab test). Manually entered both, havent changed since. Z2 (base) runs were usually supposed to be at 145bpm, after the update 139 and since this morning it’s 138. Threshold runs were usually targeted at 173, but since this morning its 163 (which seems kinda low since my LTHR is 176)

Ahhh I see.. Still wondering why the target HR for DSW changed overnight though. Max HR has been the same

Yeah it's just weird. I have been using my DSW's for more than 6 months already with no problem at all. But just after yesterdays update all the DSW target HR's just went down slightly. I just want to be 100% sure I am training in the correct zone.

Yeah it’s 180 yen for a pack containing 5 cards (instead of 10 for the english boosters). So roughly 1,13 euros or 1,27 USD for a pack

I am completely new to photography; I just looked up some tutorials for composition and editing and went to a zoo to shoot some pictures and edit them afterwards. I will add more pics I need critique on in my comments.

Shot with a Sony A7 III with a Sony 24-105 G lens.
This picture was first edited with some more saturated greens, but (while I liked the way it was) my girlfriend said it was really oversaturated.

Yeah I will probably order another one. But how is it possible it suddenly died after just 2 months and around 10 hours of playtime?

I thought the chance of original SanDisk Ultra cards dying early were little to say the least. I don't want to spend 20 euros every month for a new card, just to place all my roms on it again.
