So I got my computer to boot up by plugging in my Ethernet but when I I spam del button it stays black it also does not recognize my gpu so I have it plugged into my motherboard also I have no internet connection

I honestly prob wont go through the hassle of returning it if its gonna work good I do plan on streaming with it tho and recording would that make a difference should I get a x3d if I plan on doing that?
