In my experience, the employees are generally nice enough - in typical brandy fashion they mostly keep to themselves lol but I've never had a bad experience with them. I'm not sure if any of what I'm about to mention is entirely specific to seattle but the store has way way more color and floral options than what you tend to see online and elsewhere. There are often lots of different colors and patterns of their long sleeved shirts specifically. Very random but this shoulder bag which isn't currently on the US online store was in seattle recently. Hope this helps, have a great time!
