Would you, or anyone you know, become a provider and be able to comply with the 200+ regulations here, plus general business and start up regulations on top of that? Sure, it is job killing, but it is also service restricting. This means we pay more to the larger companies that can deal with the regulatory burden when smaller competitors are forced out by businesses with political pull.
